The production enginebehind your marketing.
Qlon Works turns the expertise already inside your business into publish-ready content — writing, design, email, social, motion, video. You review and approve. We own everything in between.

Most of what you know never reaches the people buying from you.
The expertise is already in the building — in your technical leads, your partners, the person who answers the hard questions on every sales call. Almost none of it ever gets published.
The ideas aren't the problem.

Six stages.
Three have no owner.
Your team owns the start. A freelancer owns the middle. After that it depends who has time.

It doesn't stall because your team isn't good enough. It stalls because nobody owns the handover.
Name the owner.

We can’t name an owner for any of the four. I’d like to talk about where to start.

One owner. Across all six.
You give us the source conversation and approve the work.
We own everything in between.
One idea. More mileage.
Your business already produces valuable thinking. It gets used once, in one room, in one format.

Capture
We pull source material out of your business — conversations, decks, the questions sales keeps answering.
You stop having to invent topics.
Shape
The strongest material becomes an anchor piece, written from your source.
It sounds like your business because it came from your business.
Multiply
That anchor is genuinely adapted — not copy-pasted — into the formats your audience uses.
One conversation stops being one asset.
Publish
Review, approval, scheduling and publishing where it’s in your plan.
Nothing sits waiting for someone to chase it.
One workflow. One point of accountability.
Your expertise in. Not interchangeable filler out.
Every piece starts from something your team actually said — a recorded conversation, a deck, a sales answer. Never a blank page and a guess.
Voice is calibrated against writing you have already signed off, not an invented brand-voice document nobody reads.
Specific, sourced and attributable. If a claim can’t be traced back to your business, it doesn’t go in.
More content shouldn't mean more people for you to manage.

Built for businesses that know more than they publish.
Typically 20–150 people, with real expertise in-house and a marketing team too small to publish all of it.
What we make.
Published work, shown with our clients' permission.
Three ways in.
Every tier is the same team and the same standard. What changes is how much gets made, how many channels it reaches, and how quickly you move up the queue.
Stay visible.
For a business that has gone quiet and needs to be seen again. Core formats, one channel, a rhythm you can rely on.
- One capture conversation a month
- Four designed social posts
- One written piece — article or newsletter
- A monthly content calendar
- Finished assets handed to your team to publish
Enough to stop the silence. Not enough to build a reputation.

Monriqlon Thomas
Founder, Qlon Works
I started Qlon Works after running my own ecommerce stores.
I spent more than I'd like to admit on marketers and agencies. What came back were reports. Monthly decks full of impressions and reach, and nothing in them that told me what to do differently the following month. When I asked why a number had moved, the honest answer was usually that nobody knew.
Underneath it sat an approach I never understood: publish something, hope it lands, publish again. No mechanism. No reaction when a number moved. Nobody accountable when a month went by and nothing went out.
So I built the business I couldn't find. Every piece we publish exists for a stated reason, and when something underperforms there's a decision attached to it instead of a slide about it. The numbers that matter here aren't impressions — they're whether the right people read it, whether sales can use it, and whether it ran on time.
I'm not a founder who sells the work and hands it to someone you've never met. I sit in the capture conversations, I hold the editorial standard, and I'm the one who tells you when something isn't working.
Small enough to care. Structured enough to deliver.
The practical bits.
How much of our team’s time does this actually take?
One focused conversation a month with whoever holds the knowledge, plus one named approver. If leadership can’t give us any time, we’re not the right fit.
What if we don’t know what to post about?
That’s the normal starting position, and it’s what the capture stage is for. Your sales questions, decks and past content are usually more than a month’s material.
How do revisions work?
Two rounds per deliverable, included. A new direction or a changed brief is new work, and we’ll say so rather than quietly absorb it.
What happens if we need something outside our plan?
It can replace an eligible deliverable by agreement, or we quote it separately. We won’t invoice you for anything you didn’t approve first.
What if our priorities change mid-month?
Expected. Plans are set monthly and we swap eligible work within that window; if it genuinely needs more, we’ll quote it.
Do you handle publishing?
Where it’s in your plan, yes — scheduling and posting to agreed channels. Some clients keep publishing in-house and take finished assets instead.
Who owns the content?
You do, outright, once invoices are settled. We keep working project files and release them on request.
Can you work with our existing marketing person or agency?
Often the better setup — your team keeps strategy and channel ownership, we handle getting work made. It only fails when nobody has defined who decides, so we settle that in month one.
What about content that needs compliance or legal review?
Tell us it exists and we build the review step into the calendar rather than discovering it at publish time. We don’t sign off regulated claims on your behalf.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Three months to start — voice calibration takes about that long to judge. After that it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Take it off your desk.
Thirty minutes. We go through what your business already knows, what's genuinely worth publishing, and what one month of it would look like for you.
- A straight read on where your expertise is going unused
- Three specific things worth publishing in the next 90 days — yours to keep either way
- An honest answer on whether we're the right fit
No pitch deck. No follow-up sequence. If we're not right for you, I'll say so on the call rather than in three emails afterwards.
